Please note the free 3 year warranty only applies if the product is registered within 30 days of purchase. Without registration the standard 1 year warranty applies.
The machine must be regularly serviced by PL Vacuum Pack Solutions Ltd or authorised service partner during the extended 3 year period.
The condition of the this warranty is that every 12 months from the purchase date the machine is serviced by PL Vacuum Pack Solutions Ltd or an appointed service partner. The service department will contact you 1 month prior to the service due date to schedule the visit.
